The Maple Leaf Junior Tour is excited to offer one exemption into the 2012 Beth Daniel Junior Azalea at The Country Club of Charleston, Charleston, South Carolina, this August. This event is conducted by the SC Junior Golf Association and the Country Club of Charleston and has a tremendous history of talented membership that includes Masters Champion Henry Picard, storied amateur Frank Ford, Beth Daniel, and many others that have gone on to success in the game. Their support of amateur and junior golf is second to none in South Carolina.

The Country Club of Charleston was originally founded in 1786 and has been listed by the USGA as being the oldest golf club in the U.S. I t was also named to "GOLF Magazine's" 1995 list of "The First 100 Clubs in America." The current course, which was built in 1925, includes marshes that surround the entire layout.

One talented player will receive an exemption to represent the MJT from the qualifier at the following site:

Registration Information
Details regarding the registration process for this tournament will be forwarded directly to each qualified player by the MJT.

The MJT also provides a partial subsidy to each player for entry fee, travel and accommodation expenses, made possible by Travel Underwriters - Official International Events Partner of the MJT - and funds raised through two major corporate tournaments.

NOTE: The Rules of Amateur Status stipulate that juniors may receive funding providing the funds received do not exceed expenses for the event.
