MJT major announcements of Team BC and Alberta for Junior America's Cup; ‘MJT 18’ for Future Stars Invitational

 
Canada’s leading junior golf tour, the non-profit Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour (MJT), is pleased to announce the elite players who have qualified for two prestigious events: the Junior America's Cup in Utah, USA, and the PGA TOUR America's-affiliated MJT Future Stars Invitational presented by ATB in Alberta, Canada.

The MJT Future Stars Invitational presented by ATB at Northern Bear Golf Course in Sherwood Park, AB, June 22 and 23, features 18 top juniors who qualified from across Canada, competing in a 36-hole stroke-play event under PGA TOUR conditions the week leading into the ATB Classic at the same venue. This unique opportunity offers participants a full professional tour experience and the chance to win an exemption into the PGA TOUR America's ATB Classic.

The Junior America’s Cup (JAC) is one of the most recognized and prestigious high-level junior golf tournaments in the USA; it features an elite field of 18 teams, each consisting of the top four boys from 12 U.S. states, two Canadian provinces, and Mexico. Team results are determined by the lowest three gross scores of the four team members, with individual players also competing for low individual medalist honors. This year’s event will take place at the Soldier Hollow Golf Club (Gold Course) in Midway, Utah, from July 28 to August 1. About the MJT: The non-profit Maple Leaf Junior Golf Tour is Canada’s #1 Junior Golf Tour as well as the only national junior tour run exclusively by PGA of Canada Professionals and the ‘Road to College Golf’ in Canada.
